Achievements and Awards

While our we have been building luxury for decades the journey of Exclusive Residence began in 2005 when we went out to demonstrate to the industry that the impossible was possible, a three level home inclusive of a cellar below water built from earthworks to final landscaping and furniture placement in 8.5 months. Aptly named, “Genesis” meaning new beginnings this home went onto win a Master Builders Award for “Best Custom Home”

Since then we have gone on to win multiple awards for excellence as awarded to us by our peers and been praised by clients and other associations, such as the Master Builders Association and the Housing Industry Association.
