It is so true in design and construction, with over 200 trades and suppliers spending over 150,000 man hours to build one home -  “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”.

Before you commit your personal Design Consultant will meet with you and together establish if we are a right fit. There are many excellent Custom Builders in Perth that can provide beautiful homes and we are fortunate to be a part of such an industry however, each company has it's point of difference and these are ours:

THE PROCESS IN MORE DETAIL:

 

STEP 1 – "S2F" Start to Finish

  • Using our unique S2F, we will confirm with you How Big the house will be based on your requirements, How Much it will cost, and How Long the whole process will take.
  • Our "S2F” program can do over coffee before we even put pen to paper - no commitment by either party.
  • With the boundaries set we then step you through our process from start to finish so you are crystal clear on everyones responsibilities
  • After one or more meetings, you will have your design, price and full addenda complete.

STEP 2 – The Price and Building Agreement

  • With everything laid out clearly using only industry standard documentation, we again step you through your design.
  • With the agreement to proceed now complete the fun starts as you interior designer comes in to help you select the right colors, fittings and fixtures to suite your home, style and budget.
  • Once you are satisfied and we have all necessary approvals, we are ready to start building.

STEP 3 – Construction

  • Your role is simple, sit back and watch your home be built.
  • You will have full access to your own private online portal within our website to view weekly photos and construction updates.
  • Your own personal construction liaison will provide weekly updates and you will also receive SMS and email updates.
