Our client only wanted the best in turning their dream ideas into a living reality, this is why they chose Exclusive Residence as their preferred builder. From the moment they met us, there was an instant connection, we listened to their needs, their wants, their lifestyle and most of all, their budget. Having their block facing South East and having views of the Canning River, they wanted to capture as much views as they could from where their block was positioned.

Understanding that this is their “Forever” home, their requirements were quite particular in the design they wanted, some of the key elements was a large garage, Store and Office with full height built-in cabinetry for the hubby and a  large Kitchen / Scullery, Laundry, lots and lots of storage for the wife, as well as a large Upper Living and Balcony to capture the beautiful views of the Canning River.

This well-crafted and designed 550 square metre home was on point with their exact requirements, from opening the front door to an wide open foyer with high ceilings and step down Office to the right, through to the Kitchen, Dining and Living areas which overlook the full width Alfresco and through to the pool house and large swimming pool.
