About the project
Nestled in a quite beachside street amongst a premium City Beach enclave of modern contemporary homes, our Clients brief was to create a classic architectural modern home that was masterfully designed and could provide a sanctuary for their family as well as being practical and incorporating very usable floor spaces .
This 560 sqm home is a 3-level residence starting with the large garage below ground off the main driveway with a workshop, built in storage areas and lift as well as stair access to the levels above.
On the Ground level is the functional and stunning open planned kitchen and dining area with views over the surrounding parklands opening up to the balcony / alfresco. Backing onto the dining space through a glazed sliding wall is an expansive family room with its own east orientated balcony. There are also two large bedrooms with bathroom and a powder room for guests and well as a thoughtfully designed and very functional laundry with a large linen press.
Rising to the upper level from the off-form concrete stairs, is the grand master suite with an open plan ensuite and fully appointed dressing room. The guest bedroom completes the living spaces with an adjoining well designed bathroom.
The open void and sitting room with another east facing balcony adds a sense of light, space, and warmth to this modern luxury Exclusive Residence.
We are looking forward to showing this outstanding home by private appointment in late 2021 for a strictly limited time before our Clients move into their new home and celebrate Christmas.

The build phase was completed ahead of schedule, and the handover process was seamless. The few minor items picked up during our handover we dealt with quickly and effectively without debate. Our family is enjoying the home immensely and Exclusive Residence made the build process very satisfying. Even our neighbours are recommending them to others, and I would certainly not hesitate to do the same!!
